Shipping policy

Please note that our delivery services may be impacted by the Canada Post strike, which could result in delays beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

All online orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Most orders will arrive within 5 to 7 days.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We require a physical address.

Online orders are shipped via Amazon.

Shipping Fees
The flat shipping fee is $10, and it’s free for any purchase over $40. Delivery is free for subscriptions.

Shipping Status
Once your order has been shipped, a notification with the necessary tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
